Gameplay occurs on an island map of 8 nations, where the player starts with nation 7, but can interact with any adjacent nation. There are a total of 4 turns per year, with gameplay lasting 10 years in total. During each turn, the player can wage war against another country, or attempt to annex them for the right price. The player can offer trade alliances between nations, or assign resources from the player's reserves. Games can be saved for a later date.

<span
